Founded on the belief that great talent deserves great representation, MUSE has grown from a single scouting desk in SoHo into a global agency spanning three continents. We publish this magazine — in print and online — the same way we manage a career: with a point of view.

MUSE began in 2008 when our founder, a former casting director, set out to build an agency that put models first — with transparent contracts, hands-on mentorship, and a refusal to treat talent as a commodity. Today we manage a curated roster across editorial, runway, and commercial work, with studios in New York, Paris, and Tokyo, and a scouting network spanning forty countries.
